Situated on the shores of the beautiful Boca Ciega bay, The Eton stands proud as one of eighteen buildings that are part of the Town Shores of Gulfport campus which is a 55+ community. The Eton is a pet free enviroment with the exception of ESA and Service animals that allows those with allergries and animal concerns a comfortable home.  Many of the other buildings are pet friendly. 

The Eton is centrally located with easy access to the Gulfport public beach and quaint downtown business area The city of Gulfport and local businesses sponsor many events and activities.

The Eton is also uniquely positioned by many of Town Shores’s community amenities.  These include a multi-functional clubhouse with auditorium, gym, saunas, library, poker and billiard rooms. Additional amenities include four sparkling pools, multiple park areas, bocce, shuffleboard, and tennis/pickleball courts, two picturesque docks and kayak launch.
